The plants you will receive will be 10-18cm tall (depending on the time of year), will be in individual 50mm x 70mm pots, will have established roots and will be ready to plant into your garden. 

Cultivation Notes

This variety can be hedged in at any height between 70 centimetres and 3.5 metres.

Hardy. Thrives in most soil conditions, growing well in full sun through to semi shade, is able to withstand frosts, drought, wind, coastal planting and heat once established. 

Long living, with decades of growth, they can be left to grow to their full height or easily controlled by regular pruning.

Easily able to be contained in pots.

Screen, hedge, standards, topiary or as single or multiple plantings.

A fast growing shrub/hedge that will look great as well as giving you privacy.

Sold by many nurseries with an emphasis on their ability to give you a multi-toned living screen to block out neighbours.

Plant them 80cm apart if you want 1 metre hedge. 

To hedge even faster for privacy, or if you want a lower hedge then plant them close together at 0.5 metres.

The lush new growth on these trees is multi-toned bronze and reds that beautifully contrast and complement the different greens of the tree.
