Shipping and Returns Policy

We are unable to deliver to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania or outside of Australia at all times.

South Australians can receive many hundreds of varieties excluding any native plants in the Myrtacea family.
Please check the Myrtacea list at bottom of page before buying.

We have a flat rate Australia Post rate of $19.95, regardless of how many plants are in your order.


If you live outside of the Australia Post metropolitan delivery areas we will send express post and absorb the extra cost to ensure timely delivery.

Plants will be dispatched on the Monday after payment is verified.
Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 1 to 5 business days.

In the event of a weekend with public holiday, we will push forward the dispatch to the following Monday.
 
During the Christmas break, we will have our last dispatch on the Monday before Christmas day that has a full 5 business days before Christmas day.

Your plants will be securely packaged in new cardboard boxes.

Returns Policy

Rarely do mistakes occur, but if they do please email us what went wrong as we will happily refund or replace or accept returns as required. 
We only accept and pay postage on returns for defective products.
Please contact us before sending returns.
We may ask you to send us some pictures of your plants if there is a problem.
 

We cannot send Myrtaceae Genera plants to South Australia. 

As of February 2025, Plants of the World Online accepts the following 130 genera:[13]
