We use Australia Post as our courier/delivery agent and Plantinspirations accepts no responsibility for delays or damaged caused by Australia Post or any other couriers engaged by either Plantinspirations or the customer.
Refunds or Replacements and or Liability.
If there is a problem with your plants/order, please email [email protected] describing the problem and include 3 clear pictures showing the reason you would like a refund or replacement.
The decision of whether to refund or replace plants will be at our discretion.
No claims will be accepted or considered after 30 days after delivery.
