Called 'Tea Trees' even though many Leptospermum do not actually become trees.

Profuse, 5-petalled, 12-20mm wide white to slightly pink flowers in Spring and Autumn. Sporadic flowers at other times of the year.

Great screening and hedging plants.

Can be trimmed and trained into shape if you want to keep them as a low border or hedge.

Drought and frost tolerant once established.

Will grow in coastal areas.

Great cut flowers.

Uses also include rockeries, embankments, pots, balconies and mass landscaping.

Full sun to semi-shade.
