Originally from South Africa. 

May be a hybrid cross between Polygala opposistifolia x Polygala myrtifolia x dalmaisiana.

Grandiflora means “grand flowers”.

Stunning purple, pink and white pea flowers.

Beautiful fine leaved mid to dark green foliage.

Hardy shrubs that flower nearly all year round.

Can be hedged to any height from 30cm onward or left to grow to its final height of approximately
1.5 to 2 metres high and wide.
Can be trimmed and maintained to your required height/width and shape.

A magnificent multi purpose small shrub that has masses of purple/pink winged and tufted flowers.

A low maintenance plant.

Good heat and drought tolerance once established

Great for mass, borders, rows or single plantings.

Full sun to quite shaded.

Frost resistant to around minus 8.

Can also be used to great affect in formal hedging or border plantings.

Trims well if you want to shape and control.

Adaptable to a wide range of positions and uses.

Can also be grown to great effect in pots.
