Extremely hardy. Once established, they can left to successfully fend for themselves.

Drought resistant. Has the ability to store water in its root rhizomes.

Plant maturity is at 2 years.

Great used as borders, edging, mass and scattered plantings.

Position: Can handle quite shady positions. Able to grow in areas where many other varieties would die from lack of water and/or light. Keep out of the hot afternoon sun.

Foliage: Strap foliage.

Flowers: Clusters of blue flower clusters in Spring and early Summer, then blue berries afterwards.

Height: Approx 80cm.
