Great specimen plants  interplanted through gardens, grown in large pots, free form or as espaliers against fences or in small gardens.

Soil pH does not greatly affect colour with this variety.

Dwarf Hydrangea Alpen Glow plants Pink Flowering shrubs

Also know as Mophead Hydrangea due to its large flowering cluster heads.

The plants you will receive will be 10-20cm tall, will be in individual 50mm x 70mm pots, will have established roots and will be ready to plant into your garden.

If purchased in late autumn to early spring, they may arrive without leaves as the are deciduous.

Cultivation Notes

Can be cut back hard in late Autumn, and they will reshoot in Spring.

They make great dried flowers.

Morning sun, dappled light, afternoon shade.

Will not grow well in full shade.

Semi-deciduous - they will lose some or all of their leaves in Winter and will reshoot in Spring.

Often grown for their foliage structures.

Large deep pink to red flower clusters up to 25cm across from Summer to Autumn.
