I am not 100% certain on the true name of this variety as I have come across multiple variations of identification from multiple sources.

Sedum Lemon and Lime

Petrosedum rupestre subsp. rupestre Angelina
 

Also known as Stonecrop, Rockcress

Very similar to sedum golden mound, but the foliage also has parts that are lime green and not as yellow as the Sedum Gold Mound form.

 Hardy spreading succulents with a striking Lime gree and bright yellow to gold foliage and a spruce like beautiful appearance.
 
They will also do very well in pots and hanging baskets.
 
An excellent waterwise low traffic lawn substitute.
 
Great for rockeries, groundcovering, pots or as gifts for special occasions.
 
 Position: Prefers full sun to  light shade.

Frost hardy to minus 5 

Plant into well-drained soil as they don't tolerate too much moisture

Yellow flowers that that sprout out of stems in small clusters.

Height: Approx 10-15cm |
Width: Approx 30-60cm.
