They are seed grown, therefore a low final height cannot be guaranteed. 
Will grow to approximately 5-8 metres tall. 

If you want more certainty as per a final height, please search online or in retail nurseries for the grafted form dwarf forms. 
I used to sell them at around $45  each

 

Dwarf Flowering Gums
Corymbia ficifolia

Previously known as Eucalyptus ficifolia    

Highly adaptable native small/medium flowering gum trees.

Originally from Western Australia.

Drought tolerant.
Once established, they will handle long periods without rain, but will also grow well in quite wet conditions as long as drainage is good.

Frost-tender when a sapling, but will develop frost tolerant to minus 7 degrees as they mature.

Will also grow in quite windy and coastal areas.

Will attract birds, butterflies and nectar eaters to your garden.

Great for xeriscaping (low water gardening), scattered plantings, native gardens, borders, rows, driveways, hedges, large pots.

Full sun to semi-shade. 

Will grow in a wide range of soils, from sandy to clay.

Can be planted under tall gums as long as it is not a deep-shaded position.

Foliage: Semi-cascading.

Evergreen.

Large masses of flowers in clusters. 

This variety carries a genetic variation in flower colour. Ranging from pale yellow, cream, light and dark pinks, oranges and reds.

Height: Approx 5-8 metres.
