Chrysocephalum apiculatum
Syn: Helichrysum apiculatum 
Also known as Common Everlasting
 
Low growing semi ground covering Australian native plants that are:
 
Hardy;
Fast growing;
Frost resistant;
Quite wind resistant;
Suitable for coastal planting;
Tolerant of Australian Summers;
Have low water usage once established.
 
The foliage is light to mid green/blue/silver. 
 
Good salt resistance for coastal and seaside plantings.
 
Grows to approximately 40cm tall.
 
Easily trimmed.
 
Prefers well drained soil. If drainage is bad raise area with 10cm of topsoil.
 
Can be heavily pruned back and will reshoot and become denser in growth habit.
 
Able to withstand full sun to semi shade.

They can be trimmed regularly to suit your needs or left to develop its natural spreading form.
