Matapouri Bay Renga Renga Lily Plants Arthropodium cirratum

Also known as New Zealand Rock Lily, Rengarenga Lily

Beautiful flowering Strap leaved plants with a history of medicinal, herbal and edible food uses throughout Maori history.

Pink buds & white flowers

Broad leaves, strap foliage that grow to around 30-60cm long and 3-10cm wide.

An abundance of yellow-centred white flowers, formed in clusters that rise on stems above the foliage in late Spring and Summer.

Height: Approx 1 metres.

Can be kept at a lower height by giving a light prune to the taller uprights, to encourage sideways growth.
