Green Trailing Jade
Crassula sarmentosa ssp sarmentosa

Position: Full sun to semi-shade.
Foliage: Triangular green and cream striped foliage with finely jagged edges.
The more sun the plant receives, the brighter the foliage will be.
Flowers: Small white/pink flowers on stems in late Summer.
Grows to Approx 35cm and 60cm wide
