Frost tolerant, long living and low maintenance hedging plants with beautiful large cup-shaped gold/yellow flowers that bud right along the stems.

Quite fast in its growth rate.

Many uses in the garden as they van be trained and controlled via pruning. 

Excellent hedges, borders, screening, topiary, standards, mass or scattered plantings, or in pots/containers.
 

Can be grown as a short hedge of around 50cm tall, or can be left to grow to its natural height.

Beautiful in floral arrangements.

Whilst the blaze of golden yellow is this variety's main feature, late Autumn also sees the leaves change colours, transitioning from greens through to oranges and yellows. Purple, burgundy and red can also occur.

Full sun to semi-shade.

Height: around 2.5 to 3 metres (approx).
 

If hedging, plant your plants 20% closer than what you want the final height of your hedge to be, e.g. for a 100cm tall hedge plant them 80cm apart; for a 50cm hedge plant 40cm apart etc. For hedges over 1.2 metres tall, we suggest planting them 80-100cm apart as this closer planting will ensure a tighter hedge from top to bottom.
