Foliage: Small, dark green, glossy leaves.

Flowers: Brushes of white flowers in clusters. Height: Approx 60-100cm.

Hedges well.

Its name 'buxifolia' is derived from the word 'buxus' and denotes its similarity to the famous hedging plant 'English box',
which has the botanical name Buxus sempervirens.

Able to handle quite dry conditions once established.

Frost hardy.

Handles mild coastal exposure.

Beautiful in floral arrangements.
