White Knight Hydrangea macrophylla Obsidian Plants Description Notes

Quite hardy shrubs with large white flowering heads from summer to Autumn.

Unique black stems that contrast well with foliage and the white flower clustered heads.

The acidic levels in the soil will not affect the flower color of this hydrangea variety

Can be cut back hard and they will reshoot.

We usually have 10 to 30 other types of hydrangea in stock. Both lacecap and mophead varieties.

Also make great dried flowers or potted plants in large pots for Balcony, patio, courtyard etc.

Although quite hardy, for best growth, hydrageas prefer a moist position in either full sun to semi shade.
They do not like the hot afternoon sun in summer.

Beautiful leaves that are lime green when young and then maturing to deep green.

Most hyrangea are deciduous which means that in the cooler parts of Australia they will lose some or all of their leaves in winter and will reshoot in spring.

They can be cut back hard in late Autumn and they will reshoot in spring
