 Great hardy native taller groundcover plants for those drier spaces.

Genetic roots from the arid areas of Western Australia.
Its rhizomes store nutrients and water to be used in extended dry times

This is one tough plant Cobbers.

Quite drought tolerant.

Very low water requirements once established.

Able to withstand medium frosts, wind and heat and seaside planting.

Can be trimmed and trained as a hedge or screen.

Can be cut back quite hard after flowering.

Full sun or understory.

Prefers well-drained soils.

For very sandy soils, add some loam to thicken the soil.

Flowers: Deep orange, amber, gold flowers in Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Height: Approx 30cm. Width: Approx 2-3 metres.
