A fast growing and hardy rambling / climbing / screening plant that forms fountain-like appearance if left untrained.
Long living.
Can be left to grow to their full spread, or contained by regular pruning.
Mildly frost resistant.
Great for privacy screening, cascading down walls, training up poles, in tubs, on uneven ground, embankments, hiding unsightly walls etc
Full sun to semi-shade.
Will thrive in most soil conditions.
Keep out of the hot afternoon summer sun for best effect.
Plant 1-2 metres apart.
Fragrant yellow flowers in Spring and sporadic flowers in Summer.
Flowers are borne on the canes grown during the previous Summer.
Height Approx 3 metres.
Can be cut back very hard after flowering
