Evergreen scented flowering ground cover suited for quite shaded to semi shaded areas.
Heart shaped foliage with inch long purple flowers with white throats.

Not for Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania

The plants you receive will have established root systems, will be in individual 50 by 70mm pots and will be ready to plant into your garden.

Grows to around 15cm high and 40cm wide.

Attracts butterflies and pollinators.

We usually have at least 1 to 4 other varieties available.

Keep out of the afternoon sun in summer.

New growth blackish purple changes to dark green.

Great for under trees, shade houses, ferneries and those shady places down sides of houses etc.

Herbal uses. I have found many sites on google which state that the flowers are edible but haven't tried this myself. Please seek appropriate medical advise before killing yourself with herbs :-)

Long flowering through winter and spring with random flowers throughout summer and autumn.

Hardy once established.

Long lasting evergreen perennial .

Also great for cascading down walls, tubs, uneven ground, embankments, rockeries, hiding unsightly bare spots etc.

Can be left to grow to their full spread or easily contained by regular pruning.
